Radiant heating and cooling, air renewal, and smart control for a home designed for well-being

Here, nothing has been left to chance.
Located in the province of Treviso, this new house was built according to current standards: from design to architecture and systems, everything aligns with contemporary living trends.

The systems dedicated to indoor comfort, in particular, were carefully selected to ensure maximum well-being: the perfect temperature in every season and fresh, clean air exactly where it’s needed.

To provide a warm and cozy climate during winter, a Cover HP 39 underfloor heating system with PE-Xc Ø 17mm piping was installed on the ground floor. In the loft area, instead, the ultra-thin, low thermal inertia Neo Super D17 panel (15 mm thick) was used.

To enhance winter comfort in the bathrooms, the underfloor system was integrated with a traditional b!klimax ceiling system, also installed on the walk-in shower wall.

The same radiant floor systems are also used for summer cooling, complemented by appropriate dehumidification systems.

In the loft, a wall-mounted RNW 204 dehumidifier was installed, while on the ground floor a complete air treatment unit, the UC 500 MVHE, was set up to handle both continuous air renewal and dehumidification.

The supplied and extracted air flows through the Duo White system: a network of flexible polyethylene ducts sanitized for their entire lifespan.

All indoor comfort parameters are managed by the RDZ Wi control system.
