Invisible technology that makes room for history

A 16th-century renovation blends the charm of the past with the comfort of cutting-edge radiant systems

In the heart of Porcia (Pordenone), a historic 16th-century building, once used as a wine cellar, has been brought back to its former glory. A masterfully executed renovation has preserved its original charm while transforming it into a refined hospitality venue.

The project, covering an area of approximately 700 m², was driven by the desire to combine the aesthetics of period architecture with the highest contemporary standards of comfort, design, and hospitality functionality.

To meet these requirements, a radiant floor heating system with a thickness of just 3 cm was selected. This solution proved ideal for the renovation context: the low profile allowed for a discreet integration that respected the building's structural constraints, while simultaneously ensuring superior energy efficiency and optimal thermal well-being.

Installed quickly and with precision according to the design, the system is invisibly integrated into the flooring, allowing for maximum expressive freedom in interior design. Today, this technology diffuses a uniform and silent climate throughout the rooms, offering guests spacious, clutter-free environments.

This project is a clear testament to how cutting-edge building technologies can serve historical heritage, fostering a modern rebirth and increasing its value over time.
