In the first few months of this year, we opened the doors of the RDZ Academy to our service centers from all over Italy for an important professional development program. The goal? To share our know-how and tackle the challenges of a constantly evolving market.

It wasn't just about theory: the technicians from our after-sales department focused on a hands-on, operational approach. Topics ranged from the importance of MVHR for building health to summer dehumidification in radiant systems, including detailed technical product analysis. Special focus was given to control systems, the true technological "brains" of modern installations.

The real highlight was the dialogue: we believe that sharing and discussing daily experiences is the best way to learn and evolve together.
