A new building that combines design and innovation in terms of plant engineering, thanks to an RDZ solution that guarantees the ideal climate, pure and dehumidified air and high energy savings.

A modern green building project. This is how the state-of-the-art building constructed in Cordenons (PN) by Cozzarin Legnami company can be described. A refined and environmentally friendly villa, built using the X-LAM technique and natural insulation for a high-performance envelope and equipped with an advanced heating, cooling and air treatment system by RDZ.

In particular, for radiant heating and cooling, it was used RDZ Cover 30 system, an historical floor solution from RDZ characterised by excellent thermal insulation, high compressive strength and quick installation.
For summer dehumidification and air renewal with high-efficiency heat recovery, the choice fell on the UC 500-MVHE air handling unit, a vertical, aesthetically pleasing and high-performance unit.
The integration of these two elements, whose functionalities are managed by RDZ Wi-SA Design control system, allows to constantly achieve the best conditions of indoor comfort with very high energy performance.
